Next Deal Desk is a commercial financing platform owned and operated by RE Management, Inc. Next Deal Desk and RE Management, Inc. are not direct lenders and do not make credit decisions.

No commitment or guarantee

Website content and initial reviews are for informational purposes. A submission is not a loan application, approval, commitment to lend, rate lock or guarantee of financing. Programs, rates, leverage, fees and terms may change and are determined by the applicable lender.

Third-party lenders

Financing requests may be presented to prospective third-party lenders and providers. Each lender applies its own underwriting, eligibility, documentation and due-diligence requirements.

Accuracy of information

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for promptly correcting material changes. Additional documentation and verification may be required before any lender can issue or honor proposed terms.

Residential mortgage services

Residential mortgage brokerage services, when applicable, are separate from this commercial financing platform and must be provided through the appropriately licensed mortgage entity with all required disclosures.
